After working for Bayer AG in the areas of in-house market research and strategic planning and holding various positions at major management consultancies (L.E.K. Consulting, KPMG Advisory and Horváth & Partners), the trained industrial business management assistant and MBA graduate founded his own market research consultancy in 2008.
Michael Di Figlia has been working for the cleaning and hygiene industry for 10 years, developing and implementing hygiene and value-added service concepts for manufacturers (including Bode Chemie, Kleen Purgatis, Dr. Schumacher, Kärcher, Unger, Caritas etc.) as well as service providers.
In various studies and publications, he has dealt with the topic of hygiene in the workplace and has advised manufacturers, building service providers and end customers on how hygiene can be systematically improved here, e.g. through staff training.
Career and Competence Profile
As a transdisciplinary business psychologist (M.Sc.) with 20 years of international management and leadership experience, Anne Keibel knows the areas of HR consulting, health care, market and change management, transformation, leadership, team and organizational development from different roles and perspectives.
Anne Keibel was responsible for the development and expansion of the disinfection business division for 10 years at Bode Chemie GmbH, a Paul Hartmann AG company and the market leader for hand hygiene in hospitals.
As head of marketing and international sales, with full responsibility for sales and profits, including the Sterillium brand, she developed and implemented psychological learning concepts to increase hand hygiene compliance and reduce infection rates in hospitals.
